Browse Forums Kitchen Corner Re: Small black specks appearing on new white Caesar Stone 5Dec 10, 2023 9:45 pm ponzutwo Jeanette We have a new mostly white with slight pattern Caesar benchtop. It was installed for 3 weeks ago and apart from workers dumping bits on it it has not been used. Nearly everyday I find new black pin head or smaller size specks that do not wipe off. I have mentioned it to the renovators who excuse the marks as the lighting, just downlights. Has anyone else come across this? have caeser stone inspect it. Long story short, you can have it buffed when everyones is done with the space. I had a matte surface black caeser stone bench that the builders didnt cover at all and ended up with heaps of oil, silicone, plaster stains etc. everything did buff out and youd never know, but it was kind of nerve wracking for months seing it get worse every week. Not sayn that was ok, but the stone is surprisingly resilient to surface stuff. It has to be. Thankyou for your advice. We do have Caesar coming out and hopefully resolve the issue for us. The warning is on the sticker on the door too.
