Kitchen and tile pics! 595Aug 14, 2017 12:51 pm Painters are on site today (even though it is a public holiday) and the plasterers are just finishing up. Painter said he will start spraying tomorrow So excited to see our wall colour! I got some paint colours swatches from Bunnings this morning because we want to paint our master bedroom and media room after handover. I was eyeing up Flooded Gum (dougang287's colour) and when I did a google search I realised our paint colour is very similar to theirs lol (see pic below). It looks like it will be darker than we were expecting but I am ok with that We also met with our patio guy on site this morning and it looks like out patio will be extended to include bedroom 4. Also need to get final driveway quotes. We also discovered at the end of last week that they have finished installing the hoses and spray area for our HSTP Hubby and I spent some time out there in the weekend clearing branches and leaves from trees we cut down a couple of months ago and it was so nice and peaceful out there. And quiet!! Can't wait to move in! Getting close!! Getting excited!! Paint pics of flooded gum and dulux cashmere (our color). Kitchen and tile pics! 598Aug 14, 2017 2:29 pm bribiebell I know!! I was expecting the beginning of October. I am in panic mode now lol. So much to do. I have just been through all our owner supplied fans and lights and worked out what we need to take back and buy. I need to do a to do list I think. My mind is racing lol. We have been right on schedule all the way through. I think the biggest hold up will be things that need fixing after PCI. Re: Modified Coral Cloncurry. I swear you'll have one of the quickest Coral builds, you'll put Alex and oldies to shame hehe lol it will be just over 14 weeks. I am hopeful it will be the 20th, but I will understand if it is longer. Hi, as per the subject. Does anyone have any recommendations for the best value decking oil (Bunning is close to where I live) for a treated pine deck? Thanks 0 13155 Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 14826 In Qld it is a requirement that a builder must have a cost breakdown, for building a home to the same specification, with the same inclusions and the same finish. So ask… 1 4905 |
