We are looking to build 2 storey house but were looking for some minor changes. I was looking to build through henley Could some one please advise the tentative cost of below changes in floorplan please? 1) adding shower to powder (ground floor) 2) guest bed in lieu of theatre ( ground floor) I was looking at Ashbury / Sahara floorplans Thanks in advance guys Re: Cost of adding shower to powder and guest bed in theatre 2Jan 03, 2021 4:49 pm We're doing this for our Plaza 50B build (with Porter Davis) and will cost about $900. Just adding a shower/bed to the theatre might be cheaper, as our cost includes a major reconfiguration of the galley, laundry and pantry.
