Looking at several builders: Masterton - free site inspection, very nice people to talk to EB - has 2 homes that will fit the block WH - providence 24 mk2 requires a step down.. and estimating like 30K min addl to their package cost which we think is too much. will be calling allcastle and montgomery homes today as they can provide free inspection too how's the builder search for the others?
